We are searching for senior and junior psychologists, speech therapists (SLT), ABA therapists and occupational therapists to join our team. Therapist’s responsibilities include performing assessments, developing IEP preparation, provide necessary support for teachers, family members, and other healthcare professionals, setting therapy goals, delivering therapy and monitoring therapy progress, and ensuring patients and their families are informed of new treatments and therapy techniques.  You should be flexible to work with different nationalities and should be willing to make follow-up calls and home therapy tips as needed.

Speech Therapist Responsibilities:

• Speech therapists should collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists, psychologists, behavior analysts, teachers, and family members, to develop a comprehensive treatment plan for their patients.
• Performing Initial assessments and necessary screening tests using industrial standardized techniques
• Preparing IEP and necessary treatment plan based on clients individual need
• Communicate the treatment plan and therapeutic goals with patient and support team.
• Record treatment progress daily in the daily progress trackers
• Speech-language pathologists should keep detailed records of their patients’ progress and speech treatment plans.
• staying updated with developments in the field of speech therapy through continued education and professional development opportunities.
• Provide necessary support in the recruitment process including sharing the speech therapist job vacancies in social networks, conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates.
• Report therapy progress to the parents
• Giving necessary therapy tips to the parents to work at home.
• Preparing necessary reports for school, insurance company etc.
• Participate in weekly training and workshops.

Speech Therapist Job Requirements:

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-language pathology
• Minimum 1 year experience for junior therapists
• Minimum 5 years’ experience for senior therapists
• DHA License/ Eligibility letter (NOT MANDATORY).
• Basic computer literacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be a very good team player.

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

• Occupational therapists should be able to do the initial OT assessment and detailed evaluation independently.
• They should be able to set up and develop the detailed individualized education plan in collaboration with another specialist if needed.
• They should be able to develop occupational therapy goals and decide appropriate activities to achieve the goal.
• Treatment plans should be focused on improving the patients’ cognitive skills, fine motor skills, handwriting skills, strength, and homemaking skills.
• They should work with senior occupational therapists or occupational therapist supervisors, verify the treatment results, and modify the treatment goals and activities if required.
• They should maintain daily treatment progress and report to their supervisor.
• should conduct initial screening interviews whenever new occupational job vacancies arise.
• They should maintain professional knowledge by participating in professional development workshops.
• They should support parents by providing activities to practice at home.
• They should prepare the necessary reports for the insurance providers.

Psychologist Job Requirements:
