Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist to join our team. The primary focus is to implement behavior intervention plans, assess progress, and provide support to clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

Work one-on-one with clients to implement behavior intervention strategies.
Provide support and assistance in skill acquisition, communication, and daily living activities.
Data Collection and Analysis:

Collect and analyze behavior data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
Modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and analysis.
Communication and Collaboration:

Training and Education:

We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team. The Special Education Teacher will work with students with diverse learning needs, creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and providing support to help students achieve their academic and developmental goals.

Responsibilities:

Individualized Education Plans (IEPs):

Develop and implement IEPs for students with diverse learning needs.
Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and behavioral specialists.
Differentiated Instruction:

Plan and deliver lessons using differentiated instructional strategies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
