Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist** to join our growing multidisciplinary clinical team in **Dubai, UAE**. You will work with children aged **2–16 years**, providing comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions for speech, language, communication, articulation, and related developmental needs. You will collaborate closely with children, families, and other members of our multidisciplinary team to develop individualized therapy plans and support meaningful progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for children and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver evidence-based individual and group speech therapy sessions based on each child's communication and developmental goals.
• Provide intervention for speech, language, articulation, fluency, social communication, and related communication needs.
• Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, ABA therapists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary professionals.
• Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment records, and progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Language Therapy, Communication Disorders, or a relevant recognized qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Freshers also can apply for junior post.
• Experience working with children with speech and language delays, autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and communication difficulties.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
• Knowledge or experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team.
