Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote Austin Center's therapy services and strengthen brand awareness across Dubai and Sharjah.
• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant channels, by planning and publishing regular content.
• Create engaging marketing content, captions, promotional creatives, reels, stories, short videos and campaign materials.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, therapists and management to develop accurate and informative healthcare marketing content.
• Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including campaign coordination, audience targeting, lead generation and performance monitoring.
• Monitor social media engagement, advertising results, website traffic, enquiries and marketing campaign performance.
• Coordinate SEO activities, including keyword research, content planning, website updates, local SEO and Google Business Profile activities.
• Support the development of website landing pages, service promotions, blogs, newsletters and digital marketing materials.
• Monitor competitor marketing activities, social media trends and digital advertising strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular marketing reports covering campaign performance, leads, engagement, website traffic and advertising results.
• Ensure all marketing content follows the centre's brand guidelines and maintains professional, ethical and child-focused communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field preferred.
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media management or marketing coordination.
• Practical knowledge of social media platforms, content planning and digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent English communication skills, telephone etiquette and professional interpersonal abilities.
• Appointment & Schedule Coordination: Coordinate client appointments, schedule confirmations, and rescheduling requests while maintaining accurate attendance records and optimized daily therapist schedules.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, website content optimization and Google Business Profile management.
• Ability to create engaging marketing content, captions, promotional posts and campaign ideas.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar graphic design and video editing tools.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.
