Austin Speech Therapy Center, part of Austin Center for Rehabilitation, provides specialised paediatric speech and language therapy in Dubai. With over 10 years of experience supporting families in the UAE, we have helped more than 3,000 children communicate clearly, connect confidently and reach their potential. Our speech and language pathologists work with children who have: Speech delays and language disorders Articulation difficulties Stuttering and fluency disorders Autism-related communication challenges Social communication difficulties We take a child-centred, multidisciplinary approach. Our SLPs work with occupational therapists, ABA and behaviour therapists, psychologists and parents. Clinical supervision, regular progress monitoring and parent guidance make sure children make meaningful progress in everyday communication. Our locations: Karama, Dubai: Austin Speech Therapy Center (this role)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist to work with children aged 2–16 years at our Karama centre in Dubai. You will carry out speech and language assessments and deliver individualised, evidence-based therapy. You will also work with families and other clinicians to create personalised treatment plans and help each child build communication skills, confidence and independence.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for children and develop individualized therapy plans
Deliver evidence-based individual and group speech therapy sessions based on each child’s communication and developmental goals
Provide intervention for speech, language, articulation, fluency and social communication needs
Work closely with occupational therapists, ABA therapists, psychologists and other professionals
Monitor progress and keep accurate clinical documentation, treatment records and progress reports

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Language Therapy, Communication Disorders or a recognised equivalent
1–3+ years of paediatric clinical experience preferred; fresh graduates may apply for our junior position
Experience with children with speech and language delays, autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities and communication difficulties
Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage

Knowledge of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) is an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
