We are looking for a motivated **ABA Therapist / Behaviour Therapist** to join our team at Austin Speech Therapy Center in Karama, Dubai. In this role, you will support children aged 2–16 years with autism, developmental delays and behavioural needs through individualised Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) programmes. You will help children develop essential skills in communication, social interaction, attention, learning, emotional regulation and daily living. Your responsibilities will include implementing behaviour intervention plans, tracking progress, documenting clinical outcomes and guiding parents on strategies that support learning beyond therapy sessions. Working alongside speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists and other specialists, you will contribute to coordinated, child-centred intervention. Previous experience working with children with autism and developmental delays is preferred. Strong knowledge of behaviour intervention strategies, child development and positive behaviour support is desirable. UAE professional licensing or eligibility is an advantage.
